Directions to Halifax Dojo

Highway 102 inbound to Halifax. Follow this highway past Bedford, Hammonds Plains and then Bayer's Lake Industrial Park (Where Costco, Walmart and IMAX are located). You will see these landmarks from the highway. Take your first exit (1A) after Bayer's Lake Park. This takes you onto highway 103 heading toward Bridgewater and Yarmouth. After merging onto this highway, take your very first exit (2A) (approx 300 m) to the old highway #3 (St. Margaret's Bay Rd, also known as the Bay Road). The signs will say Beechville, Lakeside & Timberlea. When you come to the big intersection by the Wendy's and Tim Horton's, go straight through the lights going away from the city on the Bay Rd. Go approx 2-3 km, passing the Irving station and then another set of lights. The Recreation Centre is on your left just past the Post Office and Needs Store. It is a long, dark green building. Use the door on the long side of the building. If locked, ring the bell.

Directions to Kingston/Greenwood Dojo

From Halifax, take Hwy 102 to Sackville, then Hwy 101 to Windsor, Wolfville, New Minas, Kentville, Berwick, Aylesford and Kingston in that order (Approx 150 km one way). Take exit 17E. At the end of the exit, turn left. Go past the RCMP station to the end of this road. You are sitting across from a small Tim Horton's on Hwy # 1. Turn Right & follow this road until you come to a small set of traffic lights - Turn left onto Bridge Street. Follow this road to the end and turn right at the lights beside Kentucky. Follow this road and take your first left just past Avery's but before the Ultramar, onto Bedford Road. Follow this road into the old Military Housing area and watch for the School named "Rose Des Vents" on your right. Use the side entrance on the far left (south side) of the building to enter the new gymnasium.
